Zambia Programmatic Data 2019 (Direct from DHIS2)

ART and ANC programmatic data has been sourced from both the new and old DHIS2 instances managed by the Zambia MoH. The new (2018-2019) and old (2015-2017) data has been combined into one file. It has been formatted as an input for the Naomi subnational estimation model.
