DHIS2 Programmatic Data Pull Scripts

This Github repo contains the scripts used to extract data out of DHIS2 instances and transform it for loading to the ADR. This extract-transform-load process is known in the software industry as "ETL". These scripts are written in Python using Fjelltopp's ETL framework. They are shared here for the purposes of transparency.
