Malawi Inputs UNAIDS Estimates 2021 - Spectrum File

Version 14: refitted EPP with complete 2020 program data using AIM v 6.07. All other parameters as in Version 13 Version 13: as version 12, but refitted in Spectrum AIM version 6.06 (version 6.04 had a bug that caused an overestimation if CLHIV). 2021-2030 projection for program data for children receiving ART was updated to correct for the apparent decline in ART coverage among kids based on the re-estimated denominators

Version 12: as version 11, now with uncertainty bounds for the AIM results (no uncertainty bounds show for the DemProj results though - this might be related to the spreadsheet method adjustments to achieve 100% concordance with NSO district pop projections).

Version 11: Re-fitted the AIM model with the same parameters as v10 in version 6.03 of Spectrum (version 10 was run in Spectrum version 5.92). Re-fitted Shiny90. Note: the uncertainty did not seem to produce correct bounds in this file (upper & lower bounds are identical to the median).

Version 10: Corrected entry for PMTCT program data for 2016-2020, revised ART program projection 2021-2030 to be consistent with new denominators, re-fitted HIV related fertility reduction, re-fitted EPP and uncertain analysis.

Version 8: updated age/sex-disaggs for ART patient in 2020 with extrapolation from all sites with EMR. Inclusion of the later added "eMastercard" sites has resulted in increased FM-ratio among adults on ART, leading to very high ART coverage for women.

draft version 7 of the spectrum file. Now with updated Shiny90 estimates; the number of children diagnosed has been replaced manually with the number of kids on ART to ensure consistency.
