Malawi_2024_v11: revised ART program adjustment for suspected overreporting in 2021-2023; ART patient numbers reduced by 2.5%, -4.9% and -5.7% in 2021, 2022 and 2023. The ART program adjustment was based on the gap between ARVs dispensed at the facility level vs. the number of patients reported on ART. EPP, Shiny90 and uncertainty have been refitted. The previous Shiny90 model fit included a bug which led to an underestimate of KOS; this has now been corrected.
