Naomi Output ZIP
Note - model outputs for 2023 were manually created using a combination of three model fits due to ART data sparsity at the district level:
(1) National + Regional indicators Fit with zone level fit using regional ART + ART attending mobility parameter (2) 6 regions: Addis Ababa, Amara, Dire Dawa, Gambella, Harari, Tigray: Zone level fit with zone level ART data + ART attending mobility parameter (3) 7 regions: Afar, Benishangul-Gumuz, Oromia, SNNPR, South West, Ethiopia,Somali, Sidama Zone level fit with regional level ART data + ART attending mobility parameter tuned off
Due to this, the Naomi output zip folder cannot be uploaded to the Naomi web application to review results as it will only reflect results for (1) described above. The outputs and summary report were manually created by Rachel Esra from Imperial College, please contact them at r.esra20@imperial.ac.uk for any further questions around reviewing these results.
